Usage Instructions
● Adjust the height of the press wheel according to the size of the workpiece to be measured, so that the press wheel can press the workpiece to be measured with an appropriate pressure.
● The pressure wheel is raised by the operating handle, the workpiece to be measured is placed on the rotating work axis, and the pressure wheel is returned to its position.
● Adjust the height of the watch frame and move it so that the dial indicator probe touches the surface of the workpiece to be measured, and the dial pointer is adjusted to zero.
● Adjust the lever gauge probe to the appropriate position of the workpiece to be measured, so that it touches the surface of the workpiece, and adjust the dial pointer to zero.
● Rotate the handwheel to fine-tune the meter head according to the actual situation to complete the reading.
Operating Instructions
● Please place the instrument in a dry and clean environment, not directly exposed to direct sunlight or wet places, avoid high temperature and violent vibration.
● The coaxiality measuring instrument is a precision instrument, which should be handled with care during transportation and movement to avoid impact and collision.
● In order not to affect the accuracy of the instrument, the "rotating working shaft" and "guide shaft" should be wiped with a clean soft cloth or absorbent cotton dipped in pure alcohol or special cleaning agent, and avoid touching and wiping directly with hands.
● Regularly do rust prevention, cleaning and other maintenance work on the instrument to prevent acidic (corrosive) and other substances from touching the surface of the instrument.
● The instrument should be placed horizontally when used to prevent the workpiece from moving axially during the measurement.
Maintenance and Maintenance
● All parts should be kept clean, if there is fine dust, you can blow it off with a balloon, if there is oil stains or fingerprints, use cotton yarn to gently wipe them off.
● The coaxiality measuring instrument is a precision instrument, which is forbidden to be disassembled and assembled by itself to prevent reducing the measurement accuracy of the instrument or damaging the instrument.
● When the coaxiality measuring instrument is not in use, it should be covered with a dust cover to avoid dust; Apply anti-rust oil and store in a dry place to avoid rust.
